Experience the Great Ocean Road the way it was meant to be seen — privately, at your own pace, and guided by someone who knows where the real highlights are.

No crowds. No rushing. Just a smooth, unforgettable journey along one of the world’s most spectacular coastlines.

Why This Experience Stands Out

✔ Private tour — just you and your group

✔ Max 5 guests for a relaxed, comfortable journey

✔ 5am pickup from Melbourne CBD

✔ Hosted by a local with insider knowledge

✔ Flexible stops — enjoy the day at your pace

Your Day on the Great Ocean Road

Your day begins with an early morning pickup from Melbourne CBD as we head southwest, leaving the city behind.

We take a comfortable freeway journey out of Melbourne, giving you time to relax as the landscape gradually opens up. Along the way, we stop for coffee and refreshments in Winchelsea or Colac — the perfect break before the experience truly begins.

Then comes the moment everything changes.

After the inland drive, the coastline reveals itself in dramatic fashion at Bay of Islands Coastal Park — one of the most breathtaking and least crowded sections of the entire Great Ocean Road.

By approaching the route this way, we not only avoid the heavy traffic and slow-moving tour buses, but also experience the coastline ahead of the crowds — making the journey far more relaxed and enjoyable.

🌊 Bay of Islands Coastal Park

A secluded stretch of coastline that many visitors miss — and one that locals know is something special.

Here, you’ll find what locals know as the best lookout spot along the entire Great Ocean Road, without the crowds.

It’s quiet, open, and truly feels like nature at its finest — a place where you can slow down and take it all in.

🪨The Twelve Apostles

The iconic highlight of the journey.

We visit the new undercover viewing area, giving you protection from the elements while still offering incredible views — so you can enjoy the experience in comfort, no matter the conditions.

💥The Grotto

A unique coastal formation shaped by centuries of ocean movement — part cave, part sinkhole, and one of the hidden gems along the route.

🍽️ Lunch Stop — Apollo Bay or Lavers Hill

Enjoy a relaxed sit-down meal at a pre-booked restaurant in a beautiful setting.

Your tour includes one main course, allowing you to enjoy a proper break in the day.

Any additional food or drinks can be purchased at your own expense.

🚨Aireys Inlet Lighthouse (Weather Permitting)

On the return journey, we stop at the iconic lighthouse at Aireys Inlet.

Time permitting and depending on conditions, you’ll have the chance to explore the area and take in sweeping coastal views from this historic landmark.

🌄Moggs Creek — Great Ocean Road Sign

A classic photo stop under the famous Great Ocean Road sign — the perfect way to capture the experience.

As the day winds down, we make a short stop along the way for a quick refreshment break before continuing back to Melbourne, arriving in the evening after a full day of incredible scenery and experiences.

🚐 A Better Way to Experience the Great Ocean Road

Most tours follow tight schedules, rush through stops, and pack guests into crowded buses.

This experience is different.

✔ No crowded buses

✔ No strict timelines

✔ No feeling rushed

Just a well-paced, private journey designed around comfort and enjoyment.
